FROM RESEARCH TO OUTREACH

A clearer plan for your next practice visit.

A territory is more useful when you can see what makes each practice relevant.

01

Build a territory around your patch

Start with geography, then narrow by treatment and technology evidence. Review the matching practices on a map or in a list.

Territory → filters → practice shortlist
02

Get beyond the practice name

Read which implant systems are named, how full-arch treatment is described and who appears on the clinical team. Open the evidence when a detail matters.

Treatments → people → source evidence
03

Put a recorded change in context

Review dated adverts, website changes and register activity where available. Check when the event happened and when the source was read before deciding whether to follow up.

Recorded event → dates → your judgement
04

Take a useful list into your week

Save practices to a call list and export the permitted fields as CSV on an eligible plan. Keep the background research alongside your own account knowledge.

THE US EDITION

Local sources.
Proper context.

The same practice-first workflow, with evidence appropriate to the United States. Source coverage varies; every record needs its own context.

Practice websites

Treatment descriptions, named implant systems, technology, fees and team pages.

A published mention is evidence of what a practice says.

NPI records

NPPES identifiers and recorded provider or organization details where linked to the practice.

An NPI identifies a record; it is not a license or proof of a new hire.

State license records

Held dental-board registration fields with their state, source and read date.

Coverage varies by state. Missing information is not an adverse finding.

Practice and group context

Published locations, team associations and group relationships where supported by evidence.

A shared address or changed authorized official does not establish an acquisition.

Can I see which implant system a practice buys?

You can inspect systems named in held website evidence. That does not establish purchasing volumes, an exclusive supplier agreement or buying intent. A system that is not mentioned remains unknown.

What is different about the US edition?

US records use practice websites, NPI-linked records and held state dental-board information. NPI identity and state licensure are different things. State coverage varies, and UK GDC or Companies House fields are not presented as US equivalents.

How fresh is the information?

Sources have different update schedules. Check the source read date for a fact, and both the occurrence and detection dates for an event. Older evidence remains background information; a recent detection date does not make an old event new.

Does a missing field mean the practice does not offer something?

No. Not checked, unavailable and checked but unstated are different evidence states. A missing scanner mention, for example, does not mean the practice has no scanner.

Can I use this with my CRM?

Eligible plans can export available practice fields as CSV for tools that accept spreadsheet imports. You choose the field mapping in your destination tool. This is file export, not a claim of a native CRM integration.

Can I try the page without signing in?

The sample customer report is open to everyone and clearly labelled as illustrative UK data. Access to real practice records, saved territories, call lists and exports follows the account and plan rules. Use the access button to get started.
