What the evidence can tell you, how to use it, and where its limits are.
See plans and access →Only if a supported source explicitly states a relationship or figure. Treatment and scanner mentions do not tell us how many cases a practice sends, which lab receives them or whether it is looking to switch.
US records use practice websites, NPI-linked records and held state dental-board information. NPI identity and state licensure are different things. State coverage varies, and UK GDC or Companies House fields are not presented as US equivalents.
Sources have different update schedules. Check the source read date for a fact, and both the occurrence and detection dates for an event. Older evidence remains background information; a recent detection date does not make an old event new.
No. Not checked, unavailable and checked but unstated are different evidence states. A missing scanner mention, for example, does not mean the practice has no scanner.
Eligible plans can export available practice fields as CSV for tools that accept spreadsheet imports. You choose the field mapping in your destination tool. This is file export, not a claim of a native CRM integration.
