The promise we made on this page

If you were already here, nothing changes

Everyone who created an account before 8 September 2026 keeps everything, free, for good.

This page used to say: “If we ever add a paid plan, everything here stays free. We will say so on this page first.” This is that page, and this is us saying so. Every account opened before 8 September 2026 keeps every call list, every export, every alert and every raw fact, with no card and no expiry. There were four of them. We are keeping the promise to all four.

The trial

Seven days, everything, one click to stop

  • Everything is on. All ten call lists, alerts, exports, the ownership graph and every raw fact, for seven days. Nothing is held back.
  • A card is taken at sign-up. Nothing is charged before day 8. Cancel on your account page before then and nothing is charged at all.
  • No demo call. Nobody rings you. The product either finds you a call worth making in your first session or it doesn't, and both of us want to know which.
  • There is no free plan. Without a subscription your account, your saved lists and your territories are kept exactly as they were, and the practice data is closed until you subscribe again.
One thing you never pay for

Your own practice's record

We hold clinician names, GDC numbers and directors’ dates of birth. UK data-protection law gives the person a right to have what we hold corrected, and a right cannot sit behind a payment. So if you prove a practice is yours — an email address on its own website domain does it on the spot — that practice’s record and the screen where you correct it stay open to you, whatever plan you are on. It opens that one practice. Search, other practices, the call lists, exports and the ownership graph are a subscription like everything else.

Limits

Two technical ones, and they apply to everyone

A search shows up to 2,000 practices (narrow it to see the rest) and an export holds up to 5,000, or 25,000 on the group plan. The page tells you when you hit either. These are not plan limits; they apply on every plan.

Why we are charging at all

One honest paragraph

It was free while we were finding out whether it was useful. Enough people now open it on a Monday morning that we know. The registers stay free to read, but reading more than seventy thousand practice websites a month, matching them to Companies House and keeping the whole thing current costs about a thousand pounds a month in machines and licences. Founding prices cover that and nothing else. If you signed up before 8 September 2026, you keep everything free — we said we would, on this page, and we meant it.

Why totals are public and names are not

Public sources, public totals, named practices behind a sign-in

DentalGraph is built from public registers and practice websites. Totals are public on this site. Named practices need an account, which the register licences and UK data-protection law require of us. That is a legal line, not a price: the totals on this site stay public whether you pay us or not.

Pricing questions

This page used to say there would never be a paid plan. What happened?
It said: "If we ever add a paid plan, everything here stays free. We will say so on this page first." This is that page, and this is us saying so. Everyone who created an account before 8 September 2026 keeps everything, free, for good. Every call list, every export, every alert, no card, no expiry. Four accounts existed on the day we changed it and all four keep everything.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 7-day free trial and then a subscription. We would rather have one honest price than a crippled tier that wastes your afternoon proving it is crippled.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. The card is taken when you sign up and nothing is charged before day 8. Cancel in one click from your account page before then and you are not charged at all.
What happens on day 8?
On day 8 it becomes a founding seat at £39 a month, $49 in the US. Cancel in one click before then and nothing is charged.
What if I cancel?
Without a subscription your account, your saved lists and your territories are kept exactly as they were, and the practice data is closed until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted, so subscribing again puts everything back where you left it.
Is the founding price locked?
Yes, for as long as you keep the subscription. The list price afterwards is £79 a month for a seat and £299 for a team of three.
My practice is in here. Can I see and correct my own record without paying?
Yes, and that is a right rather than a plan. We hold clinician names, GDC numbers and directors' dates of birth. UK data-protection law gives the person a right to have that corrected, and a right cannot sit behind a payment. Prove the practice is yours — an email address on its own website domain does it on the spot — and your practice's record and its correction screen stay open to you whatever you pay us. It opens that one practice. Everything else is a subscription.
Do I need a demo?
No. Start the trial and open Find practices.
What's never included?
Anything we don't hold: procedure volumes, revenue, patient numbers, review text, verified advertising activity. We say so on the page rather than sell it. Provenance, dates, the raw-facts tab and "not on their website" are on every plan. We do not charge for the honesty.
Can my team share lists?
Not yet. The team plan is three seats; shared lists and the manager view are being built. Until they are, each person has their own account and lists, and export is how you share.
Is there programmatic access (an API)?
Not yet. Use spreadsheet export for now.
