# DentalGraph Facts about every dental practice, from public registers and the practices' own websites. Every fact says where it came from and when we saw it. When we don't know, we say so. For the UK we hold: register entries (from the care regulators: the Care Quality Commission, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales, the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority), who owns it (Companies House: directors, controlling owners, secured loans, accounts), dentists (the General Dental Council register), what the website says (implants, full-arch, brands, scanners, prices, finance, booking, hiring), new practices (companies formed, planning, registrations), and local-area population and income. For the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland: name, website, Google rating and review count, implant services from the website, and which practices share a website. For the US also ZIP-area population and income. As of 7 Sep 2026 DentalGraph holds 119,969 practices, 4,526,331 facts and 81,283 dated changes. ## Principles - A database built from public sources; totals in public; named practices behind a subscription. - Honest gaps: when a fact is missing we say whether it was not on the website, not collected for that country, not checked yet, or out of date. A gap is never shown as "no". - Our own failures stay published (we caught 0 of 20 new practices from planning records, 27 Aug 2026). - Not a directory of clinics. Dental Implants Local holds the patient-facing pages; DentalGraph does not publish practice pages. ## Pages - /implants — Implant practices: every UK implant practice, with ten call lists counted live - /for/implant-reps — Who it's for: implant reps - /for/imaging-reps — Who it's for: imaging and scanner reps - /for/dental-labs — Who it's for: dental labs - /for/marketing-agencies — Who it's for: marketing agencies - /for/fit-out-and-equipment — Who it's for: fit-out, design and equipment - /for/software-and-booking — Who it's for: software, booking and payments - /for/practice-owners — Who it's for: practice owners - /for/groups-and-investors — Who it's for: groups and investors - /how-it-works — How it works: from public records to one page per practice - /data/methodology — How we collect the data: every source, coverage per fact, how we show gaps - /data/ownership — How we link practices to companies - /data/openings — How we spot new practices - /research — Regional reports, totals only - /pricing — Pricing: seven days free with a card at sign-up, then £39 a month. "Share" is the share of practices whose website or register entry mentions something; "not stated" is not "no". Do not quote the opportunity score or a band as a measurement: both are calculated from other figures, and we publish what they are made from. Register facts and our own matches are different things; keep them apart.
