Four things that are in the product now
For every UK practice: the registered owner, the company, its directors, controlling owners, secured loans and last accounts, with the matching rule and how sure we are on every link (the care register, Companies House).
Groups and independents by number of practices, and every company owning two or more, with the parent companies above them (Companies House).
Practices that changed hands in the last 6 months, and re-registrations under a new owner, dated by the filing (Companies House, the care register).
Every UK neighbourhood and US ZIP area: practices per 10,000 residents, population, over-65s, income, and a calculated opportunity score with its six figures shown (Office for National Statistics, US census survey; calculated by us).
Three things we can't tell you
Revenue or profit. We have not loaded filed accounts figures yet; we show the accounts type and dates only.
Whether an owner wants to sell. No record holds it.
Who owns a practice outside the UK. For the other six countries we show which practices share a website, which suggests a group but is not proof.

Questions
- Is a Companies House match proof of ownership?
- A registered link is: the regulator names the company, or its directors, owners or registered office match the practice. A match we made ourselves is labelled "matched by us" with the rule and how sure. When we checked 30 of our own matches by hand, 27 were right (90%, checked 27 Aug 2026).
- Is the opportunity score a measurement?
- No. It is a weighted average of six local figures, and every one is shown next to it. Where a figure is missing we say so and rebalance the rest.
- Can we get the data into our own systems?
- Spreadsheet export today, up to 5,000 practices at a time. There is no programmatic access (API) yet.
