Legal · Terms

The terms you use DentalGraph under.

Plain terms for a free product. What you may do, what you may not, and what we promise and don't.

Draft for legal reviewThis page states what DentalGraph does today so review can start from the facts. It is not yet a binding document.

1. The service

A database built from public registers and practices’ own websites, presented with the source and date of every fact, together with calculated figures (scores, bands, rankings) that are labelled as calculated and show what they are made from.

2. Your account

One person per account. Keep your sign-in to yourself.

3. What you may do

Search, read, save, export up to 5,000 practices at a time, and use what you export in your own work, including in your CRM (customer system).

4. What you may not do

Resell or republish the data as a dataset. Remove the source and date from data you export or present. Contact a practice about a loan, filing or other financial fact you learned here. Use anything here about a person for any purpose other than business contact in their professional role. Scrape the product.

5. What we promise, and don’t

We show the source and date on every fact and we say when we don’t know. We do not promise a fact is still true today, or that a source is right. Values older than their refresh period are marked as old. Calculated and matched values are labelled and show the rule and how sure we are. What we collect varies by country and the product says so.

6. Ownership

The service, its software, design, database structure, classifications and compilations are ours. The public facts belong to their publishers.

7. Ending

You can close your account any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Law

England and Wales.
