1. Who we are

DentalGraph is run by Implants Local Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16197776), registered office Ayton Firs Hall, Great Ayton, Middlesbrough, TS9 6JB. “We” and “us” mean that company; “you” means the business that holds the account and the people it lets use it. Contact us at hello@dentalgraph.net.

2. The service

A database of dental practices built from public registers, council and company records and practices’ own websites, with the source and date of every fact, and calculated figures (estimates, bands, rankings) that are labelled as calculated and show what they are made from. The service is for businesses. Access is currently by invitation.

3. Your account

A seat is for one named person; a team or group plan covers the number of people it states. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done under your account.

4. Prices and payment

Subscriptions are monthly and paid by card through our payment provider, Stripe. The price is the one shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. A founding price stays the same for as long as you keep that subscription without a break. We charge on the same day each month until you cancel. There is no free plan.

If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. We do not charge you again, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not refund part months, except where the law requires it. Deleting your account cancels the subscription straight away.

6. What you may do

Search, read, save and export within your plan’s limits, and use what you export in your own business, including in your own CRM (customer system).

7. What you may not do

• Resell, republish or share the data as a dataset, or give access to anyone outside your plan.
• Remove the source and date from data you export or present to others.
• Contact a practice about a loan, filing or other financial fact you learned here.
• Use anything about a person for any purpose other than contacting them in their professional role.
• Scrape, copy in bulk or try to get around the limits or security of the service.

8. Contacting people

When you use a person’s details from DentalGraph, you decide how and why you contact them, so you are responsible for doing it lawfully, including under the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (for example, the rules on marketing emails to sole traders and partnerships). Where the service shows whether an address may be emailed, that is a guide, not legal advice. How we handle personal data ourselves is in our privacy notice and data processing terms.

9. What we promise, and don’t

We show the source and date of every fact and say when we don’t know something. We do not promise that a fact is still true today, that a source is right, or that the service will always be available or free of errors. Values older than their refresh period are marked as old. Calculated and matched values are labelled and show the rule and how sure we are. What we collect varies by country, and the service says so. Nothing in DentalGraph is financial, legal or professional advice: check anything you rely on.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, or for any indirect loss. Our total responsibility to you for anything arising from the service in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Ownership

The service, its software, design, database structure, classifications and compilations are ours. The public facts belong to their publishers.

12. Ending or suspending an account

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that does not pay, and we will tell you why. If we stop providing the service, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund anything paid for the time after it stops.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a change that affects you materially, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
